1. Initial operation unit of cold storage equipment: Observe the oil level and oil return of the compressor and the cleanliness of the oil frequently, and find that the oil is dirty or the oil level has to be resolved in time to avoid poor lubrication.

2. The cold storage equipment of the air-cooled unit should always clean the dust on the air cooler to maintain a good heat exchange state.

The cold storage equipment of the water-cooled unit should always check the turbidity of the cooling water. If the cooling water is too dirty, it must be replaced. Check the water supply system for running, dripping, dripping and leaking problems. Whether the pump works normally, whether the valve switch is effective, whether the cooling tower and fan are normal.

The cold storage water-cooled unit should always check the condenser for scale problems and remove the scale in time.

3. The air-cooled evaporator of the cold storage equipment should always check the defrosting situation. Whether the defrosting is timely and effective will affect the cooling effect and cause the liquid return of the refrigeration system.

4. Frequently observe the operating status of the refrigeration heart compressor of the cold storage equipment and check its exhaust temperature. When operating in different seasons, pay special attention to the operating status of the system and adjust the system's liquid supply and condensation temperature in a timely manner.

5. Listen carefully to the operating sound of the compressor, cooling tower, water pump or condenser fan. If any abnormality is found, deal with it in a timely manner. At the same time, check the vibration of the compressor, exhaust pipe, and foundation feet.

6. Maintenance of cold storage refrigeration compressors: The internal cleanliness of the system is poor during initial operation. The refrigeration oil and drying filter should be replaced after 30 days of operation and replaced after half a year of operation (depending on the actual situation). For systems with high cleanliness, the refrigeration oil and drying filter should be replaced after half a year of operation.
