The main reasons for the rise in exhaust temperature 

(1) Higher suction temperature, refrigerant vapor compression after the exhaust temperature is higher.

(2) As the condensation temperature rises, the condensation pressure is also high, resulting in an increase in the exhaust temperature.

(3) The exhaust valve disc is smashed, the high-pressure steam is repeatedly compressed and the temperature rises, the cylinder and cylinder head are hot, and the thermometer indicator on the exhaust pipe also rises.

The actual factors that affect the rise of exhaust temperature 

(1) Low intermediate cooling efficiency or excessive scale in the intercooler affects the heat transfer, then the suction temperature of the latter stage is bound to be higher, and the exhaust temperature will also rise.

(2) Air valve leakage, piston ring leakage, not only affect the exhaust temperature rise but also will make the pressure change between stages, as long as the compression ratio is higher than normal will make the exhaust temperature rise.

(3) In addition, water cooling machine, water shortage, or water shortage will make the exhaust temperature rise. Abnormal condensation pressure and reduced exhaust pressure.


1.High exhaust pressure

It is mainly caused by high condensation pressure, rather than due to the press itself. The exhaust pressure is generally corresponding to the condensation temperature. Under normal conditions, the compressor exhaust pressure and condensation pressure is very close.


When the condensing pressure increases, the exhaust temperature of the compressor also increases.

Power consumption increases. If the exhaust temperature is too high, it will increase the consumption of compressor lubricating oil, make the oil thinner, affect lubrication; When the exhaust temperature is close to the flashpoint of the compressor oil, part of the lubricating oil will be carbonized and accumulated in the inlet and outlet valve, affecting the tightness of the valve.


Reducing the temperature of the cooling medium can reduce the condensation temperature and the condensation pressure, but this is limited by the environmental conditions, which is difficult to choose artificially. Increasing the flow rate of the cooling medium can reduce the condensing temperature (this method is mostly used). But can not unilaterally improve the flow of cooling water or air, because this will increase the cooling water pump or fan and motor power, should be considered comprehensively.


High exhaust pressure will increase the compression power and decrease the gas transmission coefficient, thus reducing the refrigeration efficiency.


The main reasons for this fault 

(1) Low flow of cooling water (or air) and high temperature.

(2) There is air in the system, which increases the condensing pressure.

(3) Excessive refrigerant filling capacity, liquid occupied the effective condensation area.

(4) The condenser is in disrepair and the fouling on the heat transfer surface is serious, which can also lead to an increase of condensation pressure. The presence of scale also has a great influence on condensation pressure.


2. Low exhaust pressure 

Mainly caused by low refrigerant flow in the refrigeration system or even stopped. The exhaust pressure is too low, although its phenomenon is shown in the high-pressure end, the reason is more in the low-pressure end. Its reason: expansion valve ice block or dirty plug, as well as filter plug, so that the suction, the exhaust pressure is bound to drop.
